Scheduling:
- Our goal is to expedite the patient scheduling process. Upon referral from your providers, scheduling can either be handled by your scheduling staff or ours.
- Patient scheduling is based on our agreed service dates and times. We schedule single extremity exams every 30 minutes and 2 or more extremity exams every hour. During a typical testing day we can schedule between 8 to 12 cases.
- We are careful to schedule and test on days and hours as outlined in our testing services agreement. These dates and times can be adjusted to meet the needs of the facility. Stat or same day referrals can often be accommodated.
Testing:
- Integrity diagnostics provides all equipment and testing supplies including surface electrodes and EMG needles.
- The facility provides appropriate testing space, a testing table, pillow, cleaning supplies, internet access and usual disposable supplies such as gloves, gauze, sharps container, etc.
- We can often be added as a provider to your EMS system which will facilitate scheduling, patient history review and uploading of completed EDX reports.
- Both the NCS and EMG testing will be performed on all patients as this is required both by practice guidelines and for payors. NMSKUS will be performed on cases requiring it, such as compressive neuropathies, space occupying lesions, etc.
EDX Report:
- Our comprehensive report, with accurate and reliable data and interpretation is the cornerstone of our EDX services.
- This allows your providers to make informed decisions to optimize patient care.
- Reports often are available the same day of service, but always by the next business day. Reports will be posted directly to your EMS if we have access or sent as directed in the testing services agreement.
- We also complete all necessary billing reports that same day.
